At The Home Place of Southport, you’ll choose your ideal homesite and collaborate with both the builder and selections coordinator to personalize your Beach Boca home to match your unique style. A wide range of customization options is available, including paint colors, tile, hardwood flooring, cabinets, countertops, carpets, and light fixtures.
Not ready to build just yet? You can secure your homesite with a price lock for up to one year or extend it to two years (with potential pricing adjustments in the second year). Additionally, buyers can enhance their home with an optional second-story bonus room with a full bath, adding 350 square feet, or select a screened porch or sunroom for an extra 150 square feet of living space.
