We proudly announce that Premier Homes recently won the Gold Award at the 2023 Cape Fear Home Builders Association’s Parade of Homes. The featured floor plan, The Beach Boca, received the award in the category of single-family detached homes in the $400K- $499K division. The awards presentation was held on May 5th at the Wilmington Convention Center. The Parade of Homes is an annual event showcasing some of the finest home builders in Southeastern North Carolina.
Homes are evaluated within their assigned price categories by teams of judges. Judges have extensive knowledge of new home construction, design, and real estate. They are members of their local HBAs and have a familiarity with Parade of Homes procedures. Judges come from outside of the Wilmington region to ensure impartiality and a fair competition. The winners are awarded a Gold, Silver, or Bronze in varying categories.
