The great thing about November’s VIP Preview Weekend is that it gives you a dedicated weekend to explore our new neighborhood, the town of Southport, and the surrounding area. With a variety of fun events lined up, you can think of our preview weekend as your coastal Autumn vacation. Here’s a little taste of what you can expect upon arrival!
Thursday, November 10th
Broker Preview Luncheon: 12:00 – 2:00 pm
This is a special portion of the event weekend that is exclusive only to brokers!
Brokers: get ready to enjoy a catered lunch by Middle of the Island! We know you have clients that have been waiting for a community like ours, and will have the exclusive builder, Premier Homes, ready to answer all your questions. Our beautiful, featured floorplan, the Beach Boca, will be available to be toured. Most exciting of all is that there will be four opportunities for brokers to win up to $1,000 in cold hard cash. It’s a fantastic start to an unforgettable weekend in Southport. This event is sponsored by Coastal Community Real Estate Group, Atlantic Bay Mortgage, and Wells Insurance!
Friday, November 11th
VIP Happy Hour: 5:30 – 6:30 pm
Future Residents: As one of our very important guests, you’re invited to a special welcome reception hosted at the Fairfield Inn! Guests using a Coastal Discovery Tour are encouraged to join in on this special Friday event. Here, you’ll sip upon a fine selection of wines and feast on a delicious charcuterie spread. There will be time to mingle with our agents as you hear all about the charming town of Southport. It is a fantastic way to enjoy a Friday evening, make some new friends, and get the lay of the land for The Home Place of Southport.
Saturday, November 12th
VIP Community Preview: 10 am – 2 pm
During our VIP Community Preview, there will be a whole host of activities and events to take part in. If the last two days could be considered an opening act, then Saturday is without a doubt the main event you don’t want to miss! Our community preview begins bright and early at 10 am. Join us on-site where you can look at The Home Place of Southport first-hand. There will be multiple opportunities to ask our builder, Premier Homes, any questions you would like regarding the development and the homes being built. Learn even more about the advantages of living near Southport, which was voted America’s happiest seaside town. You’ll get another chance to tour the Beach Boca floor plan to see all the features and benefits these homes offer for an active, coastal lifestyle.
Lunch and refreshments will be available from a local food truck, and some piping hot coffee to go along with it! You can also enter for a special chance to win your very own set of beach cruisers. To top it all off, our team is supporting our local community this Thanksgiving season by accepting food donations for a local charity, Brunswick Family Assistance. Again, Coastal Community Real Estate Group, Atlantic Bay Mortgage, and Wells Insurance will be sponsoring this amazing day. The food truck will be provided by Nana’s Main Ingredient and coffee by the Southport Coffee Company!
